RunMyJobs Operator: Fundamentals Learning Program

This Learning Program consists of 2 courses, made up of 7 lessons. Each course includes an exercise workbook, with step-by-step practice exercises, a quiz to assess understanding, and a downloadable supplemental training guide for future reference.

Course 1: Navigate

This course demonstrates how to efficiently navigate RunMyJobs and how to access additional help and resources.

Lesson Objectives
User Interface Navigation & Settings 

Learn the user interface, its functionality, and identify all primary areas of navigation, and learn how to access and adjust user settings.

Filter and Search 

Learn how to use filters and search functions, like the IntelliSearch, to easily find information.

Help and Resources 

Learn how to access the integrated help, online guides and technical documents, tutorial videos, and the Redwood Support Portal.

Course 2: Automate & Schedule

This course explains process execution and the most common objects used by an Operator and demonstrates how to efficiently use scheduling functionalities.

Lesson Objectives
Object Definitions 

Learn about process execution and gain insight into the objects used by an Operator.

Submit Wizard and Process Monitor 

Learn how to submit process definitions and chains for immediate and scheduled execution, as well as how to view and manage the status of process execution.

Time Windows and Submit Frames 

Learn how to enable sophisticated, rule-based process scheduling using time windows and submit frames.

Locks and Events 

Learn how to coordinate and control the flow and execution of processes using locks and events.
