Job Role

The Robotic Process Engineer is responsible for creating and maintaining automation solutions for business processes. This role interfaces with both technology and business process automation teams to build, configure and productionalize scalable and efficient automations that meets clients defined policies and standards.

Responsibilities
  • Assist and guide customers with installation, configuration and use of Redwood solutions as well as staying current on Redwood solutions and their application to customer business needs.
  • Work directly with our clients to understand their business objectives and consulting needs, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Deliver software robots in a timely matter and consistent with the Automation delivery methodology considering the processes to be agreed in scope of the implementation project with the client
Skills
  • Good knowledge of the Java programming language and/or JavaScript and using XML/HTML as well as broad technical/IT knowledge/enterprise software
  • Experience in Robotics Process Automation (RPA) solutions for ERP systems
  • Good understanding of how ERP platforms and databases are configured and technically set up with previous experience in consulting, installation & training and a good understanding of SAP technology and architecture.
