Pre-Sales Solution Architect

Job Role

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Solution Architect for our U.S. operation. You will be the expert for formulating and leading pre-sales demonstrations of our solutions and required to participate in other sales activities, including discovery, RFP responses, understanding finance automation problems and support technical presentations to our customers and prospective clients while ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Lead pre-sales activities with sales executives to meet customer needs which may include workshops and pilots, conducting customer interviews and research, perform secondary research, seeking input from the Account Team and coordinating additional resources
  • Present solutions to prospective and current customers, engage prospects to determine customer needs and demonstrate how Redwood can meet those goals
  • Maintain proficiency in Redwood and emerging technology, value proposition, methodologies and case studies
  • Proven pre-sales experience (5+years) presenting solutions and meeting face to face with C and C -1 level executives
  • Listening and questioning clients/prospects to uncover pain points and provide an appropriate solution
  • Experience in process design, digital transformation or process automation
