Director of Customer Success

Job Role

You will head up the global team that continues to improve our customer feedback culture and processes as well as ensures that our organization remains focused on delivering measurable outcomes for our clients.
You and your team will be working closely with the wider Redwood team in Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Solutions Engineering, and Support. You will be the customer’s voice into Redwood, their coach and project manager to help implementing what the customer needs for their success.
Key activities that you will be responsible for are customer on-boarding, regular customer feedback, measuring product adoption, measuring the customer satisfaction and supporting the wider sales and marketing team with customer advocacy, retention, renewals, and sales leads referrals.

Responsibilities
  • Define and standardize the ideal customer journey and what an ideal customer experience means with regards to that journey and all involved departments within the Redwood organization
  • Globally lead the customer success team and shepherd the success of our clients and deliver remarkable employee engagement, efficiency, and successful outcomes for our customers.
  • Own the customer feedback process, define operational metrics for the team and deliver adequate systems for tracking the customer success metrics.
Skills
  • 8+ years B2B experience in account management, sales or consulting role with proven results within global, high-growth, technology companies.
  • Previous experience building a modern, next generation Customer Success organization, ideally focused on stewarding the success of Enterprise class clients, i.e. corporations
  • Experience with salesforce.com
