Simon heads up transformational marketing to support growth and innovation. Early in his career, Simon pioneered sales and marketing for Mattel and Cadbury Schweppes in Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS). After completing his MBA, he led EMEA marketing for Oracle (Stellent Inc.) and Global CRM for Sage Group Plc.

Dennis provides fiscal management and oversight for the company. Before joining Redwood, Dennis gained a wealth of knowledge working as an auditor with Grant Thornton and with one of the world's largest professional services firms, Ernst & Young.

In addition to her extensive HR expertise, she is an Executive Coach, Personality Profiler, NLP Master Practitioner, and an active member of the CIPD. Her mission is to create a coaching culture at Redwood, that encourages positive employee engagement and to drive HR programs that give employees the opportunity to identify, explore and realize their potential.
