COVID-19: A message from our CEO

As COVID-19 impacts people across the world, the way we conduct business has changed.

In these unforeseen circumstances, our priority is to ensure the health and wellbeing of our people.

I am thankful that our robust infrastructure and the plans we have in place are designed to withstand the most testing of times. We are not complacent and will continue to monitor, react and enhance our capabilities to ensure we deliver on our commitment to our customers.

We know you rely on us as a trusted partner. We have put in place the following steps to maintain that trust:

Our business continuity plans already contain comprehensive detail on what would happen if our Redwood offices were not accessible. Very early on during this crisis, we decided to stop business travel and made provision for all employees to work from home. Thanks to our planning, our infrastructure design and the nature of our business, we have been able to do this without any business interruption. We will take an extremely prudent approach to relaxing these measures and will only do so when we are satisfied that we can provide a safe working environment for our people.

Our support services maintain the same level of responsiveness. Professional services can be performed remotely, provided we have secure access to your environment.

Our cloud services – RunMyJobs and RunMyFinance – continue to operate at the levels you’ve come to expect. Our own automation technology is at the core of how we design, deliver and maintain our cloud services. When human intervention is required, our cloud services team is on hand, along with our support and development staff, if required.

Our operational plans and processes have been externally validated to meet stringent requirements. In November 2019 we received ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certification for information security, which also covers the associated processes, infrastructure and operations.

Talk to us

We are here to help, always only a call away. If you want to talk face to face, we can set up a remote session. For questions regarding business continuity at Redwood or indeed anything else, please reach out to your normal contact or send an email to which will receive a swift response.

I know you trust Redwood with the most important processes in your business. While these are unprecedented times, we are prepared and ready to support you.

Our hearts go out to everyone affected by this pandemic. Stay safe and healthy.
