Job Role

Ideally you will have experience in a customer or application support role, or administrative experience in a server application support role with related certifications. Good analytical skills which display a natural curiosity and ability to troubleshoot complex scenarios with multiple technologies and the variables involved.

 

 

Responsibilities
  • Manage customer cases in a timely and transparent fashion
  • Document customer interactions (Zendesk)
  • Assist with managing customer relationship
  • Follow the technical support processes
  • Adhere to Service Level Agreements
  • Escalate issues to Level 2 Support engineers following the established guidelines
  • Participate in Technical Support Meetings
Skills
  • Ideally you will have experience in a customer or application support role
  • Administrative experience in a server application support role with related certifications
  • Project effective written and interpersonal communications skills, be even-tempered, show a positive and caring attitude towards customers
  • The ability to learn and expand new technical skills (independently)
  • Good analytical skills; display a natural curiosity and ability to troubleshoot complex scenarios with multiple technologies and variables involved
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is essential
