Senior Sales Executive

Job Role

You will be responsible for primarily selling Redwood's Enterpise Soultions, solutions including software, services and our cloud SaaS service RunMyJobs®. You will be responsible for building on our success so far within the DACH region by devising and executing a clear territory sales plan to achieve realistic revenue targets through selling software and services to large corporate accounts, often at C-level.

Responsibilities
  • You approach potential customers and existing customers at executive level
  • You identify key target accounts and the right people within these accounts where you bring the Redwood product portfolio to the attention Acquire, develop and maintain relationships with senior executives at customers and partners such as SAP® and Systems Integrators
  • You make and implement agreements with potential customers with the aim of arriving at a signed agreement as effectively and efficiently as possible
Skills
  • Proven success of selling Enterprise software and services into large accounts.
  • The ability to engage multiple stakeholders, including C-level executives, and manage complex deals of significant value.
  • Strong business English and German, interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to combine prospecting, new business and account management skills.
