About The Position

We are looking for a social media/ communications specialist who can help us create engaging content that demonstrates the value of workload automation. You will develop, execute, and coordinate all campaigns on various platforms.

About You

You are creative, detail-oriented, organized, collaborative, deadline-driven, responsive, content-centric, and metrics-focused. You have great written and verbal communication skills and enjoy exploring innovative ways to amplify our brand narrative and generate leads across a broad portfolio of social platforms. You are a hands-on team player with a can-do attitude who rises to meet every challenge with diligence and professionalism.

Responsibilities
  • Work with the other members of the content marketing team to help create assets in support of digital and account-based marketing campaigns
  • Lead in a challenging environment with multiple priorities across internal and external stakeholders
  • Research, create, and execute written and visual content creation for social media, websites, e-newsletters, press releases, and print communications according to brand guidelines
  • Manage all social media channels from content planning and creation, engagement, and review of new channels to spread brand awareness.
  • Leverage analytics and reports to determine the effectiveness and seek continual improvements of marketing and communication initiatives.
  • Proofread and coordinate the production of communications created
Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in journalism, writing, public relations, or related field; 1-3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the B2B enterprise technology space
  • Knowledge of social media channels, online communications tools (emails and surveys), and preferred experience working with Asana, and all Google Suite applications
  • Brand management experience, including writing in brand tone and voice and creating materials within brand guidelines
  • Ability to work independently and comfortably in a team environment with diverse groups of people
  • Efficiently work under pressure, and deadlines, to deliver required materials as required
  • Organized and detail-oriented with a proven ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and projects
