The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration of order forms, contracts, and agreements to ensure internal policy and procedures and audit requirements are followed. This role will also perform, control, and direct the administration of customer’s orders utilizing specific tools and CRM software including but not limited to Salesforce.
The incumbent will drive innovation and operational excellence by aligning the planning, operations, and sales teams within Redwood and will communicate these elements to Sales and Product Management leadership.
Review quotes to prepare order forms and agreements ensuring accuracy and completeness
Analyze and review current customer licensing, products and usage and identify new revenue opportunities
Support sales organization’s requirement for licensing compliance
4-6 years of proven experience of sales operations in an enterprise software sales organization
CRM (preferably Salesforce) as well as redlining contract experience
Previous roles include supporting sales reps and territories with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
