Job Role

The Sales Enablement Manager will be responsible for creating, coordinating, owning, and executing the Sales Enablement Plan for our Sales Operations function. Supporting our Sales Leaders and Account Executives (AEs), you will define the priorities for our content strategy, parameters for driving business results, and deliver solutions in accordance to the Sales Enablement Plan. You will drive the efforts toward delivering a best-in-class Sales Enablement Plan, focusing on industry competencies, ensuring up-to-date curriculums, and partnering cross-functionally to support the lifecycle of our sales teams. The ideal person in this role has an understanding of product positioning, target audiences and buyer personas, developing training content for sellers, supporting efforts across NA, a core understanding of sales motions, and a proven track record of translating enablement programs into quantifiable metrics tying into business needs.

  • Develop, manage, and drive content, programs, onboarding, and other initiatives as needed to address key enablement priorities as identified by senior leadership and the GTM team.
  • Partner with sales leadership, sales operations, product management, and the GTM team to create enablement curriculum with periodic deliverables and manage the Sales Enablement Plan throughout the year.
  • As a part of the Sales Operations team, ensure reporting and measurement of all enablement related programs are tracked and tell the story of success through our intelligence solutions.
  • 4+ years experience of successfully creating, delivering, and measuring outcomes of enablement in a fast-paced and deliberative/thoughtful environment.
  • Strong knowledge of B2B software sales, sales processes/motions, and sales coaching.
  • Ability to tie together abstract concepts and summarize complex ideas into communicable curriculum with a focus on sales professionals’ needs.
