Pre-Sales Solution Architect

Job Role

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Solution Architect for our US operation. You will be the expert for formulating and leading pre sales demonstrations of our solutions and required to participate in other sales activities, including discovery, RFP responses, documenting process flows and support technical presentations to our strategic fortune customers and prospective clients while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Lead all pre-sales activities-design comprehensive solutions to meet customer needs which may include running workshops and pilots, conduct customer interviews and research, perform secondary research, seeking input from the Account Team.
  • Present solutions to prospective and current customers, engage prospects to determine customer needs and demonstrate how Redwood can meet those goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills: Needs analysis, positioning, business justification, closing techniques. Ability to persuade others through presentations, and written communication.
Skills
  • Solid pre-sales experience (7+years) presenting demos face to face to C level execs and developing solutions.
  • Knowledge of software systems, implementation processes and project planning related to application and enterprise software implementations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills: Needs analysis, positioning, business justification, closing techniques. Ability to persuade others through presentations, and written communication.
