If you are a resilient, detail-oriented, storyteller with a strong knowledge of SaaS sales and a track record of winning business then this is the role for you. Redwood are seeking a self-motivated, talented individual who has an abundance of technical savvy and organizational skills. In this role you will be responsible for devising and executing a clear territory sales plan to achieve realistic revenue targets through selling software and services to large corporate accounts, often at “C” level.  You will need the ability to quickly assimilate multiple value propositions and to identify, open and close complex enterprise sales. We offer hybrid or fully remote working to reflect our forward thinking and innovative culture. This role can be based remotely in the Netherlands or on a Hybrid working basis in proximity to our office in Houten.

  • Conduct discovery and negotiation calls for prospective customers
  • Engage meaningfully about our solutions with mid-level and senior management
  • Exceed customer expectations and provide support to the team
  • Collaborate with internal team members, including support and technical team members
  • Consult with customers to find solutions to problems they are facing
  • Experience of selling software or SaaS in a B2B environment ideally
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent presentation skills and the ability to work in small and large groups effectively
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce
  • Ability to convert new business prospects and make strong connections with people
