About the Position

Redwood Software is the leader in business and IT process automation. We’re looking for a Marketing Operations and Analytics Manager who will help to create a critical data-driven foundation for our fast-growing company. The Marketing Operations and Analytics Manager will own and manage marketing infrastructure and data to surface insights and drive productivity that improves our sales pipeline. This critical role requires an understanding of B2B demand generation and a proven ability to improve reporting, processes, and analysis to impact team results. This job provides the opportunity to step up and work directly with the senior leadership to proactively create and manage transformation, so the right candidate will need to be able to communicate at the executive level as well as dig into the weeds with the various roles leveraging insights.

About You

You are a proven marketing leader who can manage all aspects of operations and monitor marketing activities and performance.

  • Establish dashboards and reports that improve upon our weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting; ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the data
  • Keep Marketing informed by preparing reports, preparing presentations, interpreting information, and making recommendations
  • Assist in project management of department-wide or cross-functional marketing initiatives; review and improve or implement new processes to improve marketing department efficiency and agility; identify opportunities for operational improvement, and work alone or with others to implement solutions
  • Assist marketing in data preparation and presentation for board of director presentations
  • Be the main contact with Finance and Legal for anything related to the marketing tech stack
  • Monitor the costs of marketing activities; participate in annual and ongoing budgeting processes
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing operations
  • Solid understanding of Enterprise B2B Marketing and Demand Generation
  • Proficiency in Salesforce (especially building Salesforce reports and dashboards), HubSpot (Marketing Automation), Excel, and Tableau
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills; able to analyze, present, and draw conclusions from data.
  • Self-starter who can operate with limited guidance but knows when to ask for help

  • Thrives in data-driven, fast-paced organizations
