Marketing Operations Manager

Job Role

As the marketing operations manager, you will create scalable processes that ensure best practices in global lead generation and database management. You will also conduct complex data analyses that will be used to inform strategic decisions by business stakeholders from across the company. This position reports to the Global Demand Generation Director for Redwood Software.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain data quality within Redwood’s marketing database.
  • Create and maintain metrics/reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact.
  • Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization.
Skills
  • Strong analytical skills (including mastery of Microsoft Excel) and experience with reporting and data analysis.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years marketing in the software or SaaS industry
  • BS Degree required
