Job Role

The Systems & Network Administrator will be responsible for keeping all of Redwood’s end-users as productive as possible by being the first point of contact for any IT related queries that they may have.

Responsibilities
  • Helping end-users with day to day IT issues globally.
  • Assisting with applications (Microsoft Office, OneDrive, Skype for Business, etc).
  • Assisting with the set-up and maintenance of office hardware (network patches, printers, mobile phones, desk phones, etc).
Skills
  • Windows / Linux server knowledge.
  • Experience with web server software such as Apache, NGiNX.
  • Active Directory knowledge, Office 365 knowledge as well as Scripting (Bash and Powershell) skills.
