About The Position
We are looking for an event specialist who can help us build out our events strategy and create engaging event content that demonstrates the value of workload automation. You will develop, execute, and coordinate all event projects and operations.
About You
You can create, shape, and clearly communicate event content that is educational, engaging, and on message. You have great written and verbal communication skills and enjoy strategic thinking as well as tactical execution. You are action-orientated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment to solve problems and make continuous process improvements in a growing organization.
Responsibilities
- Work with the other members of the content marketing team to ensure brand and product messages are correctly captured in event content and create assets in support of digital and account-based marketing campaigns
- Lead in a challenging environment with multiple priorities across internal and external stakeholders
- Work with external agencies to manage the delivery of key event-related elements and provide an experiential event for our customers
- Develop event content and signage that effectively conveys our brand messaging
- Project plan our presence at events from design to implementation
- Travel domestically and occasionally internationally
- Research, understand, and coordinate successful trade show appearances
- Develop and manage event registration pages along with transactional and event update emails.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in journalism, writing, marketing, or related field; 3-5+ years of experience in event marketing, preferably in the B2B enterprise technology space
- Experience using Asana and all Google Suite applications
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks driving an overall successful implementation of the program
- Possess a unique mindset for injecting creativity into various programs
- Extreme detail orientation, well-organized, able to track/update/traffic/manage specific details for multiple events at the same time
- Highly organized, detail-conscious, and superior analytical and creative thinking skills and curiosity
