About You

You are a highly respected, proactive and trusted leader and partner to the CEO/CFO & ELT who possesses strong core values and impeccable integrity.

  • Serve as a strategic business partner to the CEO & CFO/COO & and the rest of the executive leadership team (ELT)
  • Implement governance framework to drive strategic programs throughout the organization
  • Partner with CEO/CFO to help drive Operational & Board reviews and actions coming out of these meetings
  • Lead and successfully deliver highly strategic, impactful, business processes and initiatives
  • Help lead change management including M&A integration
  • Build cross-functional processes targeting key business outcomes and work across R&D, Sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance etc.
  • Act as an operational and financial business partner. Need to be able to roll up your sleeves, dig into the metrics, and drive analysis of the business
  • Drive alignment across leaders in the organizations around vision and goals
  • Partner cross-functionally to establish key performance indicators (KPIs), track program results against intended business strategy, and assess overall efficiency of the initiative
  • Identify all required work streams and communicate program updates to relevant stakeholders
  • Partner with leaders to help develop blueprints and playbooks to scale best-in-class practices
  • Drive key insights on ways to increase operational efficiency at scale
  • The ideal candidate brings a minimum of 15+ years of leadership experience ideally gained in a similarly complex, fast paced, high growth software or technology company.
  • Undergraduates degree required, MBA preferred
  • The candidate will have a strong understanding of recurring revenue, SaaS metrics
  • Experience with companies over $100M revenue and growing; M&A integration experience is a plus
  • The candidate will be disciplined and metrics-driven and bring demonstrated insight regarding the meaning of financial data as it relates to the operations of a business and a proven track record in building and implementing cross-functional initiatives
  • The candidate has a flexible, adaptable and agile style and can adjust to multiple demands and a changing, fast paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Takes responsibility for assigned tasks and shows initiative to suggest improvements to systems, processes and procedures. Moreover, he/she is comfortable with a high degree of ambiguity and will not let the stress of the role limit his/her effectiveness.
  • Highly organized, the ideal candidate manages his/her time well and brings projects in on time and on budget.
  • Excellent communication skills and will be adept at explaining complex ideas and concepts in simple terms and ensuring open lines of communication throughout the organization.
  • The candidate is not afraid to ask new questions and challenge the status quo in the best interests of the business and is skilled at persuading experienced managers to think about the business differently.
  • The candidate is a confident and mature leader who is committed to winning and is actively engaged and involved in the business. Possessing a positive attitude and a winning spirit, the ideal candidate is capable of leading, motivating and inspiring others and developing a high-performance finance team.
  • Brings entrepreneurial mindset, a sense of urgency and a strong will to win and will provide the organization with the program leadership and capability to make well-informed decisions and execute on strategies to support the organization’s aggressive growth mandate and continued success
