Director of Sales Enablement

Job Role

You will drive the efforts toward delivering a best-in-class Sales Enablement Plan, focusing on industry competencies, ensuring up to-date curriculums, and partnering cross-functionally to support the lifecycle of our sales teams. The ideal person in this role understands product positioning, target audiences and buyer personas, developing training content for sellers, supporting efforts across NA, a core understanding of sales motions, and a proven track record of translating enablement programs into quantifiable metrics tying into business needs.

  • Develop and manage short- and long-term Sales Enablement roadmap
  • Map company’s sales process and sellers’ journey with our customer’s buying process to understand and enhance what skills, knowledge, process, and tools are required by our sales force to increase velocity and conversion rates at each stage in those processes
  • Conduct an analysis of current skills, processes, knowledge, and processes to and work with the sales leadership team to identify strengths and areas for development.
  • 10+ years’ experience in training in a sales environment
  • Enterprise Sales methodologies, as well as familiarity with key sales enablement skills: value selling, sales process, leadership development, sales coaching, sales skill development - sales negotiations, presentation skills
  • Experience designing and delivering face to face and virtual based programs
