Job Role

As a Solution Architect/Product Evangelist (SA) you will work closely with our Account Executives and Account Managers to lead pre-sales activities which will include discovery, scoping, and presenting solutions to prospective and current customers. The SA will also work closely with the Product Manager and Marketing Department to develop business use case collateral and other marketing initiatives. The primary focus is SAP/Cronacle solutions, however, all SA’s will learn all of our products and solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Lead all pre-sales activities-design comprehensive solutions to meet customer needs which may include running workshops and pilots, conduct customer interviews and research, perform secondary research, seeking input from the Account Team
  • Present solutions to prospective and current customers, engage prospects to determine customer needs, and demonstrate how Redwood can meet those goals
  • Validate and deliver solutions to address business challenges and meet goals
Skills
  • Solid presales experience (7+years) presenting demos face to face to C level execs and architecting solutions required
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to solve complex technical problems
  • A big picture thinker and able to visualize, verbalize, demonstrate, and sell solutions
