Business Development Representative

Job Role

You will be solely responsible for opening doors within the DACH region and making a great first impression on our prospective customers. This is the ideal opportunity for someone with a genuine interest in learning about cutting-edge software and in developing a sales career.

Responsibilities
  • Having opening conversations with potential customers, identify their possible need for Redwood software and working closely with the sales and marketing teams to determine next stage approach, strategy and key positioning of our products
  • Developing, qualifying and growing a pipeline that enables the DACH field sales team to sell a range of Redwood solutions to a variety of companies, in time be responsible for territory planning, identifying key target accounts and key people to contact
  • Undertake email campaigns, attend industry specific events, consider LinkedIn messaging, take inbound leads and leverage referrals from other businesses
Skills
  • Phone based sales experience is preferable, excellent interpersonal skills and great telephone manner a must
  • Fluent German essential and ideally fluent English
  • Knowledge of software products extremely useful, if not a keen interest and agility to learn about technical products
