About You

Our company is searching for an experienced candidate for the position of Business Application Support Analyst. In this role you will have the opportunity to drive some of our most critical application rationalization and data storage initiatives. Please review the responsibilities and skills outlined below.   • Drive the application rationalization for the company
  • Drive the solution for data storage/ warehousing
  • Ensuring to keep the Stakeholders updated on the project
  • Providing Business Solutions on applications implemented
  • Providing support and maintenance for the reporting solutions
  • Ensuring that all reported issues are analyzed and resolved according to SLA
  • Fast learner with strong analytical and problem solving ability, creativity and insight, strong achievement focus and commitment to deliver results
  • Ability to support and administer a suite of technologies and applications including SaaS applications such as Atlassian Suite, JIRA, Zendesk, Workday, Salesforce etc.
  • Provide good customer service through phone and email
  • Prioritize requests relative to strategic goals
  • Gather report requirements and analyze needs
  • Bachelor’s degree in Science/ Engineering (Computer Science preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience with supporting a cloud ERP System
  • Experience using JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Project
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, in addition to Waterfall
  • Report design and data visualization software
