Tijl Vuyk founded Redwood Software in 1993 and as the Chief Executive Officer, he develops, manages and oversees the company's vision and worldwide goals. Tijl has lead the company on a trajectory of accelerated and profitable growth and under his stewardship Redwood has become a world leading process automation, job scheduling, and report distribution solution provider. He now spearheads the evolution of the company through their next significant milestone by helping organizations automate what matters most - underpinned by deep insight and understanding of Redwood customers and their business problems.
Dennis Walsh
Sr. Executive Vice President
Dennis' responsibilities encompass management of Redwood Americas Operations and Global Marketing. With over 20 years experience in software and computer services industries, Dennis has held executive & management positions at SiteLite, IBM/Tivoli Systems, Ross Systems & Automatic Data Processing.

As head of the Business Development group, Anjo de Heus is responsible alliances, and is the driver behind the relationship with SAP AG, resulting in the OEM, co-development and global reseller agreements.
Marco Geerinck
Vice President Sales EMEA, Vice President SAP Alliance
Marco excels at building international sales teams and has consistently been in 100% Clubs throughout his career. Marco brings to Redwood many years of software, hardware, security compliance, and automation experience from his sales and executive roles with Xerox, StorageTek, Consul Risk Management and IBM. He has a proven track record of success in direct sales and channel management.
Andrew Evers
Chief Technology Officer
Andrew is responsible for the architecture and development of Cronacle and SAP Central Process Scheduling by Redwood. Since joining Redwood in 2001, Andrew designed and implemented CronacleBeans, the first enterprise scheduling solution for Java. Andrew's experience includes positions and consulting in the financial services, ISP, and music publishing industries. He has worked on JSR 236: Concurrency Utilities for Java™ EE, JSR 237: Work Manager for Application Servers, and participated as a speaker at JavaOne conferences.
Simon Shah
Vice President Marketing EMEA
As Vice President of Marketing, EMEA, Simon's responsibilities include international marketing, sales and channel enablement, demand generation and analyst and public relations. Prior to joining Redwood, Simon managed worldwide marketing in his role as CMO at StreetSmarts®, Inc. He also led international marketing for the Global CRM portfolio of Sage Group Plc and EMEA wide marketing for Oracle (Stellent Inc). Simon holds an MBA and has published several articles on demand generation, marketing ROI, and other topics critical to marketing success.
Manfred van der Hart
Corporate Controller, EMEA
Manfred is in charge of Corporate Finance and Redwood's EMEA Financial Operations. Manfred has significant expertise with centralized billing and reporting systems, having held financial management and controller positions with Philips Electronics, Information Builders, and IBM Global Services, where he received the IBM Team Award for the integration of Systems Facilities Services (SFS) into IBM. He excels at ensuring consolidation and reporting accuracy and achieving significant cost savings.
