What's On Offer?

Our 'Be Your Best' training program is designed to improve your skills in software development. With expert guidance and support from your own mentor you will gain real technical expertise, explore your strengths and realize your true potential.

From the moment you join the team your contributions will be valued and you'll instantly be welcomed into the Redwood community. We often have some great social occasions such as our recent 20th anniversary parties in Malta and Mexico.


What Will I Do?

Collaborate with other team members and customers to improve the product.

Design and create mock-ups for new features as proposed by the product owner.

Support and improve existing product functionality.

Create new functionality based on completed mock-ups.

Find out what the program will cover

The program covers real-world skills and is designed to take what you've learned at university to the next level. Reporting to the Vice President of Product Management you will start creating and building software right away.

With the opportunity to work across different teams you can see where you perform best and what area you enjoy the most. With the right skills and support, you'll have the opportunity to progress to a Junior Developer role.


To Join You Should Have:

  • A degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics, with a 70% average or better in your final year.
  • A formal education in Computer Science.
  • Some experience with Java, in the context of Web Development, including one or more of JavaScript, HTML, CSS and Java (server or applet).
  • Good written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Existing permission to work in The Netherlands (including citizenship of an EU state).
  • A passion to create the best user experience possible.
