Challenge

Coordinate automated processes from ordering to delivery

BSH needed to coordinate a complex landscape of SAP and other applications across more than 30 critical systems. This meant orchestrating processes that control corporate master data, financial processes, production processes, warehouse functions, sales processes and customer service. They needed predictive analytics for key processes and adaptable logic to automatically handle process issues, and a way to be certain that every process completed as quickly and accurately as possible. All of these processes worked together to run all of their ordering, manufacturing and delivery processes. At any point, delays or inaccuracies could result in costly down time or lost revenue.
